Without commenting on the rest of the message, I'd just want to tell you that the English term for what you're describing is "arbitrage", not "hedging".
Thank you very much for your reply, I know that arbitrage funds belongs to a kind of hedge funds.
Our initial indeed is given priority to with arbitrage, but does not rule out other hedge technique in the future.
