They hold my 10,295 BEC token (~3100$) deposited on  May 05, 2018 and today is Aug 8, 2018 and they said i have to "wait patiently", a "Leading BitCoin Exchange   in the world" take more than 3 months to resolve a user's deposit issue, wtf???
