Yes, it is a very good time to buy as many altcoin as you desire because the price is still very low and yes, the market will see green again when the market recover the bear and bull run starts.
I agree. People are scared and try to get out of Bitcoin or alts as they fear bitcoin migh drop even lower. I would stay calm and rather this as a buying opportunity. The ETFs still has a good chance to be approved this year and new money will flood into the market, this is only a delay. Now everything is available for a discount.
