I guess we can say that. Most of the teams on the Western Conference have their powerhouse and made their roster upgrade pretty well.

We are not underestimating the East but even a casual fans knows what going on. Lebron moving to the West now, you will carry the torch for the East then?  The ball is round but statistically, the West is way better and that is the reality as per @harizen
The East has not proven anything, only the time when the cavaliers won the Championship against the warriors, but after that they were dominated by the depending champs. The thing is, here's a simple fact, Cavaliers(Lebron) dominated East teams, while Warriors dominated Cavaliers(Lebron), in short West are dominating the East.
