Phore is a blockchain with an option of private transaction. It supports dapps, but so do many other coins. It also used to be almost in top 250, while now it is on 419th place on coinmarketcap. The team is very socially active, but it still looks like they're just paying for all the hype, hoping to attract people this way. How is it different from any other shitcoin essentially? If we take a look at their partners, Unifox is an ICO itself, so doesn't really count; Reddcoin is just a crypto which is not having its best times, so it probably appreciated financial support they probably got from becoming partners with Phore; Stonecash seems to be a minor (though it says the opposite) online stone shop; Platinum circle doesn't seem to be a big thing as well. I would be careful about investing in this project.
