Each person has a rights to make a decision. It depends on you if you will continue to join ICO. But in my opinion, of course my answer is YES. If you think that ICO has a potential to be successful then Go. There's nothing wrong if you can try it.
Its depend to you because for me there's some ICO you can still trust, but be careful of choosing ICO because even there's have worth it ICO, it also have worthless ICO so choose wisely. And also don't worry to much if you encounter scam ICO, atleast you learned from your mistake and you know what your next to do next time you join again in ICO. Keep joining in ICO until you found a good one and have potential ICO, because there's still you can get good ICO.
