The most of the people say that the smartphones exist to give others their undivided attention, but what they don't know that using the phones during social events actually diminishes them own experience of those events. So this tool is responsible for our unsatisfying social interactions.

We are really addicted to our phones? What can we do? What you can do when you keep your phone on and what you do on usually?
I go through different phases with my smartphone usage. For the most part I could live without it. I definitely prefer it. These days I spend a fair bit of time every day to check my Instagram subscriptions and many channels I'm subscribed to on Telegram. I usually do that first thing in the morning and before I go to bed. During the day I can go for a long time without even touching my phone. If I'm bored though, I often reach for it. A month of so ago I deleted a zombie game I had. I was playing it for like 2 hours a day throughout the day. I downloaded an app that measures how much you use each app and I deleted the game almost immediately, when I realized how much of my time it was taking. I guess I'm not an addict, since it's pretty easy for me to change my habits.
