Actually it's good to buy at a low price... When the price is quite better and sell off when it's reach it's apex or when the price to sell is quite better than the bid price...
The reason why traders do really like the volatility of the market is due to its market price that is very profitable and every time it was dropping, people are investing a huge amount and make more profit when the market goes back to its normal state.
