I was previously planning to use their services before because I had some coins that I can sell to Okex. Since I do not know if I can trust their service I tried to find reviews here in the forum and found that some their reviews telling that Okex is scam and some of them telling that Okex is not a scam so I decided to do not use their service because there are many complaints about their services.
I can only advise you to try to contact them and wait for their response. If you do not receive a reply make a new thread on
scam accusation to let others know that Okex is a scam with proof.
You need to do some proper investigation before depositing coins because few months back I also have few issues and its take too much time for resolving every time they are facing technical issues and taking too much time to solving this even support take too much time to send replies
