Support with seals is very fast.  I pretty much always get a response within the same day.  Im sure if there was something wrong they would get back to you whenever they could.  Its early in the month and actually other sites have been a bit slow, but not seals.  Maybe everyone is on vacation haha =).  Anyways please post once you there you have figured out the solution.
