In a year it'll be 21 $NIX if GN numbers were to stay the same?

Dont forget that after a year GN will also get an extra amount of NIX due to ghost protocol fee

It will be 0.25% of the tx fees. We have no idea how much BTC that will be as it will be volume dependant.

Ah okay, that was clear. I thought an extra amount of NIX just for holding it for a year.
