Focusing on Energy cost (electricity one), we solve this by building a Hybrid solution to let join energy from different sources (provided by local energy company at a whosale price) and building a power station generation (solar+wind in this stage). This will let us be self-sufficient in less than 12 months. IT doesn't mean that energy cost will fall to zero, because power station needs maintance.
It is a 2-step stages. Once we became self-sufficient, the cost of electricity will be 0.03 to 0.08/0.10
