since you do talk about bounty then i would say you can join up other programs like signature unless if they do allow jr. members but mostly with
this low rank you can participate on other field like social media campaign. It isnt really hard if you just read up the instructions given and theres no
need for someone to pm you. Just a basic thing that a person can able to understand easily.
