They probably won't kill it even if crypto becomes mainstream in our country though they might utilize it for for their own benefit. We all know crypto brings in a lot of money.

most of governments like blockchain, even few governments do their research on blockchain, because in my opinion blockchain is the best tech at this moment
They can't since it's the development of technology. How many times the traditional system supporters wanna kill the technology but it can't. I should remind you that th technology will always exist whatever the situation is.
The only best way for them to take the advantage of it rather than against the technology itself.
