I don't think they are going to list UTNP again. However I think that in times exchanges will list UTN, and I think even more liquid ones.
Does anyone knows about fees that was paid to list UNTP on hitbtc ? i've heard bad things about hitbtc, they charge fee for deposits, extremely high withdrawal fee and such, who would want to use such an exchange? i think it'd be better to get listed on decentralised exchanges like IDEX,Bancor,Kyber etc..
Try to think of followin logic: corporate and governement bodies first, then developers, medium and small businesses, afterwards is easier to achieve mass adoption including exchanges
