What is your experience with bounties, which of them get the most profit ? The smaller ICOs with less participants or the bigger ICOs with way more participants ?

I noticed a tendency that many ICO Companies allocate very small budgets to the bounty companies, and accordingly it is more profitable to participate in bounty companies where there are fewer people.
