If Smart City Eco aims at large global industries, I wonder where its office will be based? Since most ICOs are now checking to see if they are scammers.
If i got it right, i think it will be in South Africa, where this project has all started. It is quite reasonable to put their main office there, and i've read too that they have partnered in a government institution there in South Africa, if my memory serves me right.
They are not from South Africa, I think you are in loss with your memory or you have participated in many ICOs. The team is 100% came from Serbia. Look at Slobodan, the CEO of Smart City Eco. From his face, we can conclude that he is came from upper country of the world. Well, I don't want to talk about races and their biography. I just want to say that they aim for global industry because our world is at the technological era and it is easy to connect wherever you are.
