Be careful what you Google for! The term usually used in the pornography industry is "shemale". The more politically correct term would be a trans woman. These a people that were labeled as male when they were born, but they grow up feeling that they are a woman. They typically have a penis. They may dress like women and even get breast implants to look more like a woman. If they get a sex change, I don't think they're referred to as shemales anymore, but they would still be considered trans women.
