The money on the accounts of Payger.com/Echo Industries GmbH (declared holding company for BlockBeats) originate from the Blockpay ICO, where investors were betrayed by Christoph Hering and Kenneth Silver (a serial fraudster with search warrant in the US.)

How comes that an event gets cancelled that allegedly had 1300+ visitors, 60+ speakers etc.

Announcements from Christoph Hering never materialize. Don't give him any money!!!
