What is your recommendation for Crypto trading, Day trading or HODL

I have lost 50% of my assets since May, now my reason is that I have HOLD NEO and did not sell it when it hit high value. In my opinion, daily trading is the best option for the present, you can exit every time you reach the target it is not the same as hold
I also lost more than 50% of my assets, and there is no other choice, just hold. I think when the trend bitcoin is down, day trading is good enough because we will get at a cheap price, but for the long-term is also quite good, because obviously, the current price is very cheap. but my suggestion if hold for the long term, better wait for bitcoin prices increase and stable.
