Now the price is growing again and it seems that by the end of the year the price will grow by 2-3 times. I doubt that this year the price for ETH will be below $ 1000.

It can drop lower. However, if you are convinced that ETH can compete against its new competitors than you sure can start to buy yourself in slowly over the course of a few months
