The fact that all parties involved in the recruitment process can earn tokens during the whole process is a big incentive. It is my understanding the Aworkers (reviewers) get the biggest slice of the action.
Yeah, this is great. Normally the closest offer to this is internally when you recommend a friend to work for your company. This is great tho, and should prove to be alot more in the pocket for the right candidate!
