There is one thing to note: Bitcoin is not a kind of software that let one build a whole cryptocurrency exchange. Of course, open source software can be secure and it often IS. But let's keep in mind the topic we're talking about. How many cryptocurrency exchange open source solutions do you know? I can provide you with some examples (if you know more, please, share):

How secure are these solutions? It's hard to say. As for "white label shit"
, you're right, I have to add some comments in the initial post. White label software can be considered as secure if it has a lot of REAL customers and you have REAL testimonials from these customers. Or if a vendor is trusted itself. For instance, OKEx has recently announced the launch of white label service. Do you think it won't be reliable? I think it will be.
