Yes they are totally scammer! they are jokes with participants and keep their lie assurance!

The HDAC team isn't really serious in their announcement. They are doing a lot of people disappointed, the value of the coin isn't commensurate with the amount of investment 220M and its potential.

They dont want to pay bounty thats the fact, so they keep repeating false promise again and again
