Well, first of all I'm very curious if there's already a solution on improving the voting system so it won't be easily cheated. 
If this involves transparency and the blockchain technology of ensuring the correct number of votes per candidate, I think this will be awesome. There are some countries that have issues on the cheating in their election process, moreover their lack of technology to count the vote also contributes to the miscount of votes.
