hey you need to resize the avatar ... is to big...from bitcointalk : It must be no more than 120px wide, 80px tall, and 100 KiB in size.

edit: i dont know why my avatart didnt changed yet... in my profile settings is showing the new avatar. i will wait couple of hours to see.
