If the basis is "quality over quantity", neglecting their huge resources, I would say that the United States will win the war since they have the modern and complex military programs, equipments, and troops. If we neglect all of the basis, I think that the United States will win the war since they have the air and naval superiority while the Chinese are land superiority.
