I've been involved with LAPO since the very start and therefore been mining and exploring the project for a while. That includes their communication channels.
I agree that it's a problem that the LAPO team is deleting seemingly reasonable posts in their official thread. It's resembling a quite strict censorship, which they are allowed to, but those post should be answered and debated not deleted IMO.
Your posts, which lets be honest are raising questions, should be answered to avoid any confusion and misunderstandings later on.

Regarding the images you've found via Google image search, those are probably common stock images and nothing that I would worry to much about 

Anyhow i'm sticking with LAPO as I truly believe it has potential to grow strong
