If token are still locked,then who is selling the tokens on exchanges? Something is fishy

Are you're sure they are still locked? Because in the German thread some people have told that they already sold their tokens...
Tokens were unlocked too early, at about 5 pm CEST or something like that. Trading on TIDEX and IDEX started and price dropped about 80% below ICO-price. Then tokens were locked again. For a very short period of time (seconds) there was an unlock again and then a second lock...
