don't risk your money with ICOs you are better of gambling your money and have a bigger chance of making profit than making anything from ICOs these days, they are all turning into scams and failed projects one after another.
I agree with your opinion, more and more ICO projects are falling one by one, because (maybe) the funds they provide are inadequate, so that for operational costs alone they are not fulfilled, eventually not a few projects change the direction of becoming (SCAM), a frightening project for most investors.
