I'm cautiously optimistic that the re-launch will actually finally happen on 19th August after waiting very patiently for quite a few months.
If the transfer of POWlite works as expected between Facebook, twitter etc and the bridge works too, then POWlite could well be a huge success.
Where did you read about the relaunch happening on the 19th of August? Is it official or what? Anyway, to date the team has failed to deliver whatever promised in EACH ONE of their announced dates.
