Neo is a ethereum and china, and the price of this coins continuously going down. This is one of the most promising altcoin here in crypto and I this for now, this is the best time to buy because the price is very cheap.
Yes, NEO is considered the Ethereum of China. I also like to invest in NEO and blockchains in general ss they have more potential than just simple dApps...I am not sure why NEO price is so low, for me it makes no sense. NEO is the only blockchain close to Ethereum with a number of high quality ICOs...it should be worth 10x what it is priced now and soon will be again I am sure
