Hi, supply is fixed, so there is no changing that.
And the reason for the STPZ per ETH rate increase (or price decrease),
is to boost our development funds in order to better achieve our milestones.
If we can do this, it will be better for all of us in the long term
as we'll be able to get the network up and running and put Stamps to use.
