now it's been six months but I don't understand why you bump this thread, is the problem not solved?
Have you tried another motherboard
Have you tried another PSU
have you tried checking your software (drivers, OS, mining software)
if all that has been done and the problem hasn't gone away, you can check the GPU to the nearest service store.

I have identical systems it's 100% the GPU as I have isolated the other variables.
Guess my only option is to either sell it or explain my situation to the store i bought it from and somehow find a way for them to issue a replacement which I doubt will be possible as the card still works all on its own.
