This is somehow not possible for the newbies in the market and it is not possible for them to stay calm and wait for the market recovery. They rather sell low due to panic and this leads to loss. What a rational man should do is to hold the coins and wait for the market recover as the market recovers at some point in time like it started recovering in July.
Moreover, we have an element of stability in the market right now and the price is also expected to rise, so it is a wise decision to invest and hold when the market is down.

Yeah, definitely because beginners are not used to see a red market or bear market since they are just entered a while. Newbies should set a great mindset when it comes to volatility of the market, the fluctuation of the market is the real challenge to all. So i must say that holding is really the key if we want a successful trading process.
