I normally choose projects that have high enough ratings in rating websites like icobench & icorating.com... but then again, I recently heard that a number of these websites can be bribed in exchange for good ratings. I even saw a post here in BCT selling reviews in icoBENCH. just sad... 

 Anyway, once Menlo One will launch, it will be much easier and I think we won't need to do as much research since it's going to be "an all in one" decentralized platform... this means there will be no more bribes..  link to their site and Whitepaper: https://www.menlo.one/
