When you hit 160, you should choose one of the last 10 voters at random to determine who gets the prize. That way people won't withhold their vote in order to get the bonus.
Fair said, but maybe IF it would be some kind of proof, like screenshot? If my vote became #160, i simply take screenshot of top page saying that "You and 159 others like this idea" - it will be more than enough
