I believe so, anytime you see the price of ethereum fall below 600 then thta is the time for you to buy the coin because at that point the price has fallen to the point that it is basically on sale. So I have this to say, anyone who wants to invest in coins should do so now, especially ethereum since it has take quite a hit lately.
