It's difficult to tell if he's serious or joking because $20,000 BTC by end of 2018 isn't delusional.

$15,000 ETH by end of 2018 sounds delusional, but $800 ETH by end of 2017 at the start of 2017 (when ETH was at $8) also sounded delusional.

I'm just posting this for fun, who knows what the price will be by end of 2018.
