I see people talking about paper wallets as a way to store bitcoins securely.  Does this just mean that your wallet info is physically written down on a piece of paper and put somewhere safe?  Or is there more to it than the terminology might suggest? 

Any info or links you might have to help me understand this better would be appreciated.  I'm trying to figure out how to make my information the most secure before I get any further into this.
