I just came across the weirdest thing. In the eMusic ICO telegram community,
there is some sort of a bouncer bot, blocking U.S. citizens from participating in the discussion.
This is the first time I see this kind of thing.. can anyone explain what is all about?
I think that the United States is ideally based on the economy through taxes, so their government does not want too many people to take part in the ICO, and by that they want to limit access to it.
