I have caught a few guys at the gym. I guess it is a public space so they can do it. Plus they are somewhat far away. But up close and right next to me would be creepy as heck

Well yeah you are right. It is bad behavior. They really shouldn't do that. But they do because they can just say there were taking pictures of the gym. It is annoying at best.
Pretty sure most mixed gyms prohibit cameras, or definitely taking pervy pictures of women. What gym do you go to? A local roid hut or a mainstream branded one?
