I guess Russia or Ukraine could be good options. They are very cheap to live in and they have great internet. The climate can be a bit harsh though, depending on what you're interested in. The governments are also quite unpredictable they can give you a hard time.

I really enjoyed Mexico. I think it would be a great option. I just check and Bitcoin is legal there. They even have some Bitcoin ATMs. It's a very cheap country. The people there are so kind. The food's delicious. The visa rules are really easy. Citizens of most countries can just live there for 6 months, leave the country and immediately come back for another 6 months with no limit.
