There are some advantage and disadvantage of using both of these currencies. Crypto may use these as faster transaction in many ways it is safer more reliable but not everybody where use phone or other gadgets in making this kind of transact. So for the people that cannot afford to use this they preferred use maney as their currencies. So different ways and different characteristics are applicable for both parties.
