The cease and desist letter makes it clear that the KW legal team will pursue action against those supporting the purported infringement. The defense could make the case that by even accepting donations, coinmarketcap.com could potentially profit by providing such information. It's a headache I sure wouldn't want if I'm running a humble site like coinmarketcap.com.
