Well,as a beginner I have some suggestion for you for spreading well in this forum.

Now come to the topic,for choosing altcoins we need to check the project's website and then read the whitepaper and road map also. In this case,technology project will be the main  priority in regarding this. After researching those kind of things,you can easily choose a good altcoin campaign.Now you can use this project for doing marketing or investing.
