How can investor knows about the project if the ICO dont have a whitepaper... so it means the project is not good enough to invest your money without whitepaper.. because I believe that ICO without a technical information is scam..and I think it's really hard to find a new ICO without whitepaper..dont  participate this kind of project without whitepaper..
