I just restored the post which originally was written before your reply in previous thread.
It was a reference to these words:

what will happen if tomorrow bounty managers will cease to count the posts placed with "garbage topics"? This spam will return in 10 new topics?
Everything would just return to it's basics. Since this thread is created for those posts by moderator they don't break anything there, but if they'd go outside they'll automatically start to violate the p.1. It's exactly the same situation we dwelled before.
Just seems strange to me to create topics for the filling of posts by bots?
Probably easier just to apply the ban for multiple posting violates p.1? (since their number will continue to grow IMHO)
And that would be a great "ice shower" for the rest of the "news headline posters"...
