Can you list who gave the missing merit to rank-up to those who ranked up to Full Member and above?
I guess if you list the ones that move from jr. member to members will be quite a long list, but you can do it too if you want.

You ruined my chance to rank up madayonliner 
. I think it is easy to update the list(who ranked up) if they posted in my thread after giving away sMerits to a member to ranked up, just like you. Quote
