I'm from the Phore project. This was a misunderstanding as some of our team has changed since this was set out.  Here was the official release from Phore:

 "Phore and CryptoPotential previously had an advertising/cross-promotional agreement and Phore was listed in the Partnership section. Both projects have evolved and our relationship is being re-negotiated. This in no way reflects the merit of the Crypto-Potential project."  

  When someone posted about this partnership today, many of us (including myself) were not aware that this had been arranged in the past, we recently changed our policy to be much more thorough when approaching partnerships. Hence our willingness to have a new conversation with CryptoPotential.
